[link]"Peter Vinton, Jr. got his start in Fredericksburg, Virginia by selling real estate renderings for local advertisements and he stresses the importance of NEVER forgetting one's humble beginnings. Early in 1995, Vinton's first genre illustration appeared in Aberrations and he has been immersed in the genre ever since. Vinton has been a featured artist at New York ComicCon 2008, at Granite State ComicCon, the Boston Comic Book Spectacular, BigAppleCon, Boston ComicCon, and elsewhere. Peter's more recent work can be seen in Free Lunch Comics' 'Sky Pirates of Valendor' and the upcoming 'Barb Wire' anthology, and also in the upcoming graphic novel 'ICONIC 2' from the Comicbook Artists' Guild.
"A native Vermonter, Vinton is a graduate of Vermont College of the Union Institute (Montpelier), and he now divides his time about evenly: being chained to the drafting table and raising his son and daughter. Vinton also enjoys baiting socialists, studying American history, listening to Roger Waters, and watching Doctor Who reruns at 1:00 a.m."
